We offer one hour private sessions with one of our highly qualified personal trainers. Whether you are looking to hit a new personal best on a specific lift, looking to lose weight and tone up, looking to rehabilitate an injury or you’re an athlete wanting to improve your performance, we will come up with a training plan specific to your individual goals and take your fitness to the next level!
In our top of the range training facility, we have the best quality equipment available at our disposal. From Olympic bars to kettlebells to battle ropes to foam rollers to medicine balls, we have all the equipment you could ever want or need! We like to keep our sessions fun and interesting and make use of many different training styles and equipment.
Getting you the results you want matters most to us! Dependent on your goals, we will use tests, measurements and performance markers to make sure you’re getting the most out of your training with us! We also offer top of the range nutritional support to make sure your body is getting exactly what it needs to optimize performance.
We also offer small group personal training if you’d prefer to train with a friend or group of friends! This is a great way to bring the cost down and stay motivated! It is also a good opportunity to have a weekly fun and positive social event with your friends!
We offer different memberships based on how frequently you would like to train. Plans range from one, two and three sessions per week, with larger discounts being offered on the more frequent plans. We have personal training time slots available in the mornings, afternoons and evenings Monday to Friday and also offer Saturday mornings. We can be flexible around your time schedule and provide you with all the tools needed to make your goals a reality!
